Correcting Red-Eye

Photoshop contains a tool for correcting red-eye in photos that makes it possible to do so quickly and easily. This tutorial will teach you how.
First, open up the picture with the red-eye that you want to correct. For demonstrating purposes, I will be using the following picture of myself, in which I’m looking pretty evil with my red eyes:
Now, select the red-eye correction tool in Photoshop. This tool shares a button with the spot healing brush tool, the healing brush tool, and the patch tool. By default, this button will be set to the healing brush tool. In order to select the red-eye correction tool instead, right-click (or left-click on a left-handed mouse) this tool and a menu will appear. Select the red-eye correction tool.
When you have the red-eye correction tool selected, your cursor will become a crosshair when on the image. Zoom in if necessary, and position the center of the crosshair over the center of the eye you want to correct. Click once, and the red-eye disappears! Repeat for each eye you need to correct.
Here is my corrected image:

Good luck! Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding this tutorial.
