First Impressions

Your site name is short and easy to remember, and definitely unique! Your layout is very clear and organised, the colours you’ve used work great together. Everything is looking really organised so far, let’s just hope that doesn’t change throughout

Layout

I like how your sidebar colours alternate, it looks really funky. I like how your header image isn’t too big either. Your navigation isn’t hidden somewhere in your sidebar, which is obviously a good thing hehe. I don’t have any complaints really :3 your favicon is really cute too.

Validation

Your CSS is valid, as is your XHTML.

Your CSS isn’t too bloated either, however I would suggest getting rid of..:

li {

margin : 0;

padding : 0;

}

…as you haven’t used the styling. You can always add it back in when you need to. Your font-weight : normal;‘s aren’t needed either.

Content

Visitor:

Avatars/Icons: there aren’t many here but the ones you currently have are cute.

Articles: your articles are interesting and well written. Definitely add some more!

Emoticons: Aww how cute are these! I especially like the star ones.

Quote Bars: I think that this is a really good idea, however the font is a little hard to read.

Pixels: I envy anyone who can make cute pixels, mine fail badly haha. The devil blobs are so cute, so is the floating one.

Website Material: the back and next crayons are really cute.

Hosting:

Nothing to really say about this page, but it’s invalid because the value‘s in the textarea‘s are empty. Either add something in there, or delete it.

Owner:

“Affie” isn’t a word by the way.

Other than that, everything is fine.

Domain:

Again, everything here is fine. I love your previous layouts, especially the gingerbread house one, so cute ^__^

Skills & Overall Impression

I’m quite impressed by your site, I haven’t really spotted any problems. Everything gives off a small and warm kind of impression. Your pixels are amazing, so I’d suggest to definitely focus on them. I’d also suggest adding a site history page, I know they’re long and boring to write but there are people who read them and who are interested in the origin of your site name. I really don’t have any complaints, but I’d also suggest adding more visitor content. This of course doesn’t have to be all at once, but by gradually building up your site. You definitely have great potential, so keep up the great work!
